PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack from being generated in a coating part for coating an adhesion part so as to conceal the same in an external facing panel constituted by mutually bonding the end parts of external facing materials. SOLUTION: A corner external facing panel 2 having an L-shaped horizontal cross section is constituted by mutually bonding the end surfaces of cementitious flat external facing materials 1. An outside corner chamfered part 4, which is chamfered so as to straddle the adhesion part 3 bonding the external facing materials 1, is formed to the outside corner part of the corner external facing panel 2. A sealer 5, elastic putty 6, an elastic coating 7 and a topcoating 8 are successively applied to the surface of the outside corner chamfered part 4 so as to straddle the adhesion part 3.
