Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool for printed wiring board which can deal with a narrow pitch high density part and a low density (rough) part of a board. SOLUTION: A small small-diameter contact pin 10Ss realizes a low resistance by thickening the wire diameter of a small-diameter coiled spring 20S without providing an intermediate member 50 having a body 58 fitted into the coiled spring 20S. Meanwhile, the contact resistances between large-diameter contact pins 10L1, Lm and Ls and a coiled spring 20L are reduced by providing the intermediate member 50 having the body 58 sliding in a coiled spring 20.
