Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an RF (radio frequency) tag sheet inexpensively, easily, and with good response immediately, and also to cope with throw-away use. SOLUTION: The RF tag sheet is provided with a lower electrode 16 and an upper electrode 17 formed on the surface of a resin film 12, and a characteristic altering means 14 which forms at least a part of these and also alters the antenna characteristic by disconnection by being heated. As another example, the RF tag sheet is provided with a plurality of capacitors connected to an antenna pattern in parallel, and a characteristic altering means 24 which forms at least a part of each capacitor and also alters the antenna characteristic by disconnection by being heated.
