SOLUTION: In the commodity storage structure A of the vending machine, an opening for storing the the commodity between both path-forming members 1,2 facing each other for forming the storage and transfer path S for vertically stacking the commodity for storage is formed and a commodity discharging means F is disposed at its lower portion.
