Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method, capable of substantially preventing deterioration or suppressing deterioration to such a degree as can be repaired easily through aging, of a solid electrolytic capacitor in which sintered niobium or alloy principally comprising niobium is employed as a positive electrode, a capacitor element is constituted by forming a dielectric oxide film layer, a solid electrolytic layer and a negative electrode lead-out layer sequentially on the surface, the negative electrode lead-out layer is connected with a negative electrode terminal and a positive electrode lead wire is connected with a positive electrode terminal, and then the entirety is sealed hermetically with mold resin. SOLUTION: Liquid resin, e.g. liquid epoxy resin or liquid urethane resin, is injected and thermally set to form mold resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
