Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering/inquiring system for distributing advertisements that suit a user's taste, placing orders for merchandise and/or services on the advertisements from an image forming apparatus which the user is using, and determining the charge of the order and the charge of maintaining and managing the image forming apparatus; and to provide a maintenance/management charge management server, an advertisement distribution server, and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The ordering/inquiring system has an image forming apparatus 201 with a touch panel, an advertisement distribution server 101, and an advertiser's terminal 301. The advertisement distribution server 101 has a distribution means for distributing advertisements to the image forming apparatus 201. The image forming apparatus 201 has an advertisement display means for displaying the distributed advertisements on the touch panel, and an ordering means and/or an inquiring means for ordering the merchandise and/or services on the advertisements from the advertiser's terminal 300 and/or for inquiring the merchandise or services from the terminal.
