Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of bringing a power voltage and a voltage inputted into a demodulator circuit into allowable values and stably demodulating data without a variation in communication distance. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit comprises a power voltage generating part rectifying received signals received by an antenna coil 62 and generating a power voltage set to a specified voltage by a shunt circuit 110 and a demodulator part 83A. The demodulator part 83A comprises the demodulator circuit 83 for demodulating input signals, a resistance 3 connected to one end of the antenna coil 62, a diode 1 having an anode connected to the other end of the resistance 3 and a cathode connected to the input side node of the demodulator circuit 83, a capacity 5 connected between the node formed by connecting the resistance 3 to the diode 1 and a ground-contact line, and a capacity 2 connected between the node formed by connecting the diode 1 to the demodulator circuit 83 and the ground-contact line.
