Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical service system for reducing a load on a cataract patient to visit a medical institution on regular basis. SOLUTION: It becomes possible to decrease the number of times of regular attendance to an ophthalmologist by performing a formula and medication at the other medical division for an anti-cataract drug selected by the ophthalmologist in coordination with the other medical division to which a cataract patient currently attends. A next visit destination is decided by a prescribed subjective symptoms list, an observation list and the date of a last visit to the ophthalmologist stored into an information processing device. Input data are sent to the ophthalmologist via an e-mail to be also checked by the ophthalmologist. If a longest period for an attending interval to the ophthalmologist is set, cataract medical treatment will not proceed in the absence of the ophthalmologist. If there are abnormal subjective symptoms or anterior eye part symptoms, those symptoms are immediately informed to the ophthalmologist by a cellular phone with a camera, to give medical treatment under the administration of the ophthalmologist.
