Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for cutting off packaging bodies, which forms without fail slits for easy opening in a jagged cut line or valley parts of V-shaped notches regardless quality of the packaging bodies. SOLUTION: One or more wave-shaped blades 5 having ridge blade parts 11 and 11 cut away crosswise and also opened transversely aslant are formed at the cutting edge part 3 of a sheet like cutter body 2 constituting the cutter 1 for cutting off packaging bodies. Auxiliary blade parts 20a and 20b for forming the slits are protrudingly formed in an opposite direction to the side where both ridge blade parts 11 are opened from tip part 10a and 10b. Since the auxiliary blade parts 20a and 20b cut off the packaging bodies, the slits are formed without fail in the jagged cut line or the valley parts of V-shaped notches which are cut with the ridge blade parts 11, regardless the quality of the packaging bodies such as elasticity.
