Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is difficult to produce a metallic cylindrical body having desired pressure proof property, a large diameter, and a thin wall with reduced cost, although it is possible to provide a refrigerator having high performance by enlarging the diameter of the metallic cylindrical body constituting cold head of the refrigerator and making its wall thin.
