Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient cooling capacity by a desiccant air conditioning single body without using a refrigerator to be used as a cooling device singly. SOLUTION: A circulation flow passage for returning return air RA from the inside of an air conditioning room 2 as supply air SA into the inside of the air conditioning room 2 is arranged. A rotary sensible heat exchanger 4 arranged between a going flow passage G and a return flow passage R in the circulation flow passage, an evaporation cooling device 5 for return air arranged on an in side of the going flow passage G of the rotary sensible heat exchanger 4, and an evaporation cooling device 6 for air supply arranged on an out side of the return flow passage R of the rotary sensible heat exchanger 4 are arranged. A wet type dehumidifier 7 arranged on an out side of the going flow passage G of the rotary sensible heat exchanger 4, a cooling coil 11 by cooling tower cooling water or by well water arranged on an in side of the return flow passage R of the rotary sensible heat exchanger 4, a blower 10 arranged in the circulation flow passage, and a regeneration device 8 arranged outside of a system of the circulation flow passage to concentrate liquid moisture absorbent used in the wet type dehumidifier 7 are arranged.
