Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the construction efficiency by requiring no troublesome recovery work such as a removal, to assure a uniform and stable sticking performance and a waterproofing performance over the entire surface of the pavement and to maintain the durability of a floor slab for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A waterproof layer 3 is formed with a quick hardening liquid resin on the floor slab 1. Then, on the waterproof layer 3 or a primary adhesive layer 4A made of a flexible resin adhesive which is formed on the waterproof layer 3, a thermally welding film 6 obtained by previously melting granular or pelletized thermally molten adhesive agent to be processed to a sheet shape or a mesh shape is laid and a heated asphalt pavement 5 is paved thereon. The thermally welding adhesive film 6 is molten and fluidized by the heat of the heated asphalt pavement 5 to form an adhesive layer 4B for entirely sticking the primary adhesive layer 4A or the waterproof layer 3 to the asphalt pavement 5 is formed between the primary adhesive layer 4A or the waterproof layer 3 and the asphalt pavement 5.
