Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation correction device of a gas turbine blade capable of easily correcting the deformation of a tip shroud part of a gas turbine blade. SOLUTION: A fixing mold 3 holding the back surface of the tip shroud part 2 is fixed on the back surface of the tip shroud part 2 with a fixing support member 57 in the case of correcting the deformation of the tip shroud part 2 of the gas turbine blade 1. A hydraulic pressure generation device (pressing device) 52 is operated to drive a pressing mold 4 according to a drive setting condition calculated based on deformation correcting data pre-stored with a control device 51. The surface of the tip shroud part 2 is pressed to press-contact the tip shroud part 2 between the fixing mold 3 and itself, and to correct the deformation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
