PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reinforcement mounting fixtures which are of a single type and can mount reinforcements even if they are largely different in diameter. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the fixture, a reinforcement mounting fixture main body 1 has a pair of parallel side plates 2 between which a take-up shaft 5 is rotatably arranged. The take-up shaft 5 has through holes 4 formed therein, in which a wire rod 3 is inserted. Then a ratchet wheel 6 is fixed to the take-up shaft 5, and a ratchet 7 which is in mesh with the ratchet wheel 6 to restrict rotation of the take-up shaft 5 in a single direction is arranged on the reinforcement mounting fixture main body 1. The ratchet 7 is energized in a direction that engages with the ratchet wheel 6 by a spring 8, and provided with a canceling device 9 for canceling the engagement with the ratchet wheel 6 against the spring 8. Further a link portion 10 is arranged on the rear edge of the reinforcement mounting fixture main body 1, and the end of the wire rod 3 is detachably inserted into the through holes 4 formed in the take-up shaft 5.
