Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant pressure sensitive adhesive tape having high flame-retardance and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant pressure sensitive adhesive tape is produced by coating a substrate with a solvent-free photocurable pressure sensitive adhesive prepared by adding a dripping inhibitor and a flame-retardant to a photocurable pressure sensitive adhesive consisting mainly of at least an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, a polar group-containing monomer and a photopolymerization initiator, characterized by compounding 5-50 pts.wt. of a hydroxy group-containing monomer having a photoactive functional group as the above-described dripping inhibitor, and 5-100 pts.wt. of a microencapsulated phosphazene, 10-100 pts.wt. of a hydrated alumina and 10-100 pts.wt. of ammonium polyphosphate as the above-described flame-retardant per 100 pts.wt. of the above-described photocurable pressure sensitive adhesive.
