Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated micro-reactor the cost of which is reduced by eliminating a plane grinding/polishing process. SOLUTION: In the laminated micro-reactor, a plurality of channel substrates with at least one channel formed thereon are piled on a flat metal plate, and a catalyst layer is formed on the surface of the channel. A blade edge having a sharp blade on the periphery is formed along the circumference of the channel on the flat plate, and the blade edge is put into the facing plate for sealing. The surface grinding/polishing of a lamination surface is made unnecessary by this method so that the inexpensive laminated micro-reactor can be provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
