Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer which can secure performance sufficiently even with a low power supply voltage and in which the entire configuration including peripheral circuits is simple. SOLUTION: This mixer is provided with first and second transistors, the emitters of which are connected to each other and which constitutes an oscillation circuit, a third transistor 7 whose emitter is connected to the emitter of the first transistor 1 and a fourth transistor 8 whose emitter is connected to the emitter of the second transistor 2. A first signal is inputted between the base of the third transistor 7 and the base of the fourth transistor 8 in a balanced manner, the third and fourth transistors 7 and 8 mix an oscillation signal with a first signal, and a second signal is outputted from the third and fourth transistors 7 and 8 in a balanced manner.
