SOLUTION: The photoreceptor is obtained by combining an intermediate layer which is composed of copolymerized polyamide resin having a specific diamine structure and a metal oxide (titanium oxide, alumina), with a support which is composed of an aluminum alloy having a surface roughness of a specific range.
