PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new manufacturing method of a structure having a complicated structure. SOLUTION: This structure or pattern forming method is provided by including a process for arranging a substance for inducing deposition of a solid phase in a desired position on a base material by injecting liquid including the substance for inducing the deposition of the solid phase by using an ink jet and a process for depositing the solid phase on the base material by contacting the substance for inducing the deposition of the solid phase with a deposition fluid. A shape of this structure id determined by an arranging position and density of the substance for inducing the deposition of the solid phase. Thus, the structure having a shape of a desired structure and including calcium phosphates is easily obtained by directly arranged the substance for inducing the deposition of the solid phase in the desired position of the base material by using the ink jet.
