Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable slope which allows safe passage of a wheel chair or the like across a step, ensures the rigidity thereof when a load is imposed thereon during application, is so excellent in portability as to dispense with a housing bag or the like. SOLUTION: The slope is stretched across the step 19 in order to allow the wheel chair or the like to pass the same, by setting left slope board 2 and a right slope board 1 on an upper road surface 17 and a lower road surface 18 of the step 19, in parallel with each other at an interval corresponding to the width of wheels of the wheel chair or the like. Each of the left slope board 2 and the right slope board 1 has an outer member 3 and an inner member 4 inserted into the outer member 3 in a retractable manner. In order to mount the left slope board 2 and the right slope board 1 on each other with their surfaces opposed to each other and with the inner member housed in the outer member 3, the outer member 2 has a mounting member 9, and the inner member 4 is formed of an aluminum alloy extruded section having a hollow portion therein.
