Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a drive device suitable for a laptop computer, characterized by robust, compact, light, quick and accurate track seeking and power saving. SOLUTION: In this disk drive provided with a hard disk, an actuator, a transducer, an electronic device, a circuit device and a spin motor, the actuator includes an arm and a motor, and the motor is connected to the arm to move the arm with respect to a disk and outputs a back electromotive force generation signal. The electronic device includes a first means for communicating with the motor in order to almost simultaneously receive the back electromagnetic force generation signal and a servo correction signal, the first means detects and transmits the counterelectromagnetic generation signal to position the transducer to the disk, and the electronic device transmits the servo correction signal smaller than 0.1 ampere to the motor.
