Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of an unit by decreasing control valves, hydraulic switches, solenoid valves or the like as far as possible. SOLUTION: The control unit arranging a 1st-speed gear train 11 by engaging with a 1st-speed clutch 21 comprises a CPB valve 66 switching a first position supplying oil pressure for controlling Pc(1) regulated and supplied from a first linear solenoid valve 45 to a 1st-speed clutch 21, and a second position supplying line oil pressure PL to the 1st-speed clutch 21. Position changes of the CPB valve 66 are performed by oil pressure for engaging fed from the 1st-speed clutch 21 and the oil pressure for controlling Pc(1) fed from the first linear solenoid valve 45. The oil pressure for engaging of the 1st-speed clutch 21 operates to locate the CPB valve on the second position, and the oil pressure for controlling Pc(1) fed from the first linear solenoid valve 45 operates to locate the CPB valve on the first position.
