Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition which can be processed into a film or a sheet which does not deteriorate in transparency due to the surface bleed-out of additives even when the additives are added in high concentrations, can be used for a long term without changing in its additive concentrations, is therefore excellent in long-term weatherability, and is excellent in the easiness of extrusion lamination. SOLUTION: This polyolefin resin composition for extrusion-lamination has a melt flow rate (MFR) (230°C) of 2-10 g/10 min and a swell ratio (190°C) of 1.20-1.40 and comprises 70-96 wt.% (component A) ethylene/propylene random copolymer having an ethylene content of 1.0-6.0%, 2-15 wt.% (component B) low-density polyethylene having an MFR of 1-10 g/10 min and an Mw/Mn ratio of 6 or larger, 0.1-5 wt.% (component C) isooctyl-containing triaryltriazine derivative, and 2-10 wt.% (component D) ethylene/cyclic aminovinyl compound copolymer having an MFR (190°C) of 0.1-200 g/10 min.
