PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separating equipment in which a high-quality foodstuff can be manufactured in a high yield by separating a gas hygienically from the liquid which is to be treated and consists of a liquid foodstuff or the liquid to be solidified of a solidified foodstuff to reduce the generation of a cavity or the gas contained in the liquid to be treated can be replaced efficiently by an inert gas and to provide a charging equipment having the gas-liquid separating equipment. SOLUTION: This gas-liquid separating equipment 1 includes a pipeline 3 through which the liquid to be treated is made to flow, a treating tank 4 for immersing at least a part of the pipeline 3 in a liquid such as water and an ultrasonic element 5 for irradiating the pipeline 3 immersed in the tank 4 with an ultrasonic wave.
