If a reference command button 220 is operated after, for example, a list button 211 is operated and an account prestored in a RAM is designated, the contents of a list of distribution settings of the designated account are displayed. Subsequently, when an OK command button 230 is operated after the contents of the list of distribution settings are confirmed, the same distribution condition as that of the account designated by the operation of the list button 211is stored in the RAM as a distribution condition of an account shown in an item of an "account".
