Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wasteful power consumption and to prolong a battery life by appropriately controlling lighting time when an illumination device is continuously lighted in accordance with time when the illumination device is lighted. SOLUTION: A time detecting means detects the present time. A setting means sets a first time window and a second time window. When the present time is included in the first time window, an illumination control means controls to shorten time when illumination is continuously lighted compared to a case when the present time is included in the second time window.
