Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display/reproduce high-quality detailed contents on an advertisement display terminal and to simultaneously provide various information related to the contents to the portable terminal of a user. SOLUTION: The user applies access by means of a portable telephone or a portable terminal device 30 by referring to URL (Universal Resource Locator) displayed on the display screen of an advertisement display terminal 20 in a state in which a moving image advertisement is displayed on the advertisement display terminal 20 at a street or a railway station. At that time, inputting an access key displayed in the advertisement display terminal 20 displays the list of the reproduction possible moving image advertisements on the portable terminal 30 by means of the advertisement display terminal 20. By selecting a moving image advertisement requested to read by the user from the list, the selected moving image advertisement is reproduced by means of the advertisement display terminal 20.
