SOLUTION: A virtual space providing server 20 is provided with a virtual space screen setting part 201 for providing places for allowing users 401, 411, and 501 to communicate with each other on a virtual space, a screen operation right setting part 202 for setting or releasing the setting of a screen operation right for the user 501 when the avatars of the users 401 and 411 authorize or dismiss the screen operation right for the avatar of the user 501, a command transferring part 203 for transferring a command to a WEB server 3 registered in the virtual space providing server 20 by the user 501 to the WEB server 3, a WEB information transferring part 204 for transferring WEB information from the WEB server 3 to terminals 40 and 41 of the users 401 and 411 and terminal 50 of the user 501, and a screen operation information transferring part 205 for transferring the screen operation information when the screen operation is executed by the user 501 to the terminals 40 and 41 of the users 401 and 411.
