SOLUTION: An electronic conference system includes a plurality of information terminals 101 (PC) having a notebook-type personal computer, etc., a wireless LAN access point 102 (wireless LAN AP) installed in a conference room 110, a conference shared data server 103 having a server computer, etc., a conference room management server 104 having a server computer, etc., and a wired LAN 105. When a conference organizer, etc. registers the reservation date and time of the conference room 110, the conference room management server 104 determines a parameter value for connecting the wireless LAN at the time of implementing a conference, and changes the parameter value to a value determined at the time of reservation when the reservation time comes.
