Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector and its manufacturing method without causing much loss in manufacturing it and facilitating maintenance and control of a pitch of the connector. SOLUTION: Non-conductive elastomers 1 and conductive elastomers 2 are alternately stacked and aligned in a multiple way. In manufacturing this connector, a non-conductive elastomer layer 4 and a conductive elastomer layer 5 bonded to the elastomer layer 4 are used, and a plurality of arranged slots 7 directed to the elastomer layer 4 are formed side by side at predetermined pitches by cutting the exposed surface of the elastomer layer 5 by a grinding wheel accompanied by feed of a grinding liquid, and a pair of electric junction objects are electrically connected by putting the conductive elastomer 2 of a conductive part between the plurality of arranged slots 7. Since a lamination sheet does not need to be rolled around a drum in manufacturing it, a corner part thereof where a strain occurs is not wasted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
