Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource state display device, a resource state display method, and a resource state display program, for displaying resource state including capability such as efficiency of a resource, power or the like, and a load of the resource, as well as the required time for a task. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a resource state information input part 1010 and a resource state information processing part 1030 which acquire the processing quantity of the task by each resource, the processing ratio expressed by the processing quantity per unit of time, and information indicating a holding time of the resource state; and a resource state display part 1020 and the resource state information processing part 1030 which display a resource processing state and progress of the state holding on the basis of the acquired information by a right-angle triangle, a quadrangle, and a polygon including a trapezoid.
