Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide file exchange software with a means smoothly stopping a file exchange between clients if the file exchange 200 between the clients becomes illegal. SOLUTION: Before the exchange of the file 200, a request client 40 or a transmission client 50 downloads a latest inspection module 205 from a management server 60, and it is determined whether the exchange of the file 200 is allowed or not by the inspection module 205. If it is not allowed, the exchange is not carried out.
