Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of catalyst solution for a fuel containing noble metal colloid which can be mixed with a fuel such as gasoline, light oil, kerosene, fuel oil or the like and useful for improving fuel consumption property and deodorant property by promoting perfect combustion by oxidation catalytic capability of fine particles of a noble metal which are stuck and fixed on an inner part of a cylinder and a furnace by directly adding the solution to the fuel.
