Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a water-based ball-point pen in which writing is carried out without dripping any ink drop and the pen does not become scratchy even if it is used at a writing angle exceeding 90°. SOLUTION: The ball-point pen chip 5 has an ink conduction hole 12 communicating with an ink containing section 7, and a ball containing chamber 40 communicating with the ink conduction hole 12 and containing a writing ball 10.
