Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic heater for a sensor capable of rapidly heating the sensor without causing a trouble such as cracking and wire breakage, and an oxygen sensor. SOLUTION: A heating pattern 22 is held by a first aluminum substrate 15 and a second aluminum substrate 21. The heating pattern 22 comprises a heating part 25 meandering so as to be formed in 6-row at the tip of the substrate and a pair of lead parts 26 extending from the lateral end part of the heating part 25 to the root side (base end side) of the substrate. In particular, since a line width at the tip part 25a of the heating part 25 is set larger than that at the base end part 25b, a resistance value at the tip part 25a of the heating part 25 is set smaller than that at the base end part 25b. Thus, a heating value at the tip part 25a of the heating part 25 can be lowered than that at the base end part 25b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
