Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small imaging lens which is made into smaller size and capable of satisfactorily correcting aberration even though the lens is simply constituted of two lenses, and to provide an imaging unit and a mobile terminal using the small imaging lens. SOLUTION: The imaging lens is constituted of an aperture diaphragm S, a first lens L1 having a positive refractive power and whose convex faces the image side, and a second meniscus lens L2 whose concave faces the object side in this order from the object side, and the first lens L1 and the second lens L2 have at least one aspherical surface, respectively, and the imaging lens satisfies prescribed conditions, then, the small imaging lens which is made into smaller size and capable of satisfactorily correcting the aberration can be obtained, irrespective of the simple constitution that the imaging lens is constituted of two lenses.
