Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly reliably evaluate soundness by facilitating the understanding of the damage degree and aged deterioration characteristics of an apparatus composed of a plurality of components with same specifications. SOLUTION: This soundness evaluation device is provided with an all inspection results display function 15 displaying all the measurements in a prescribed form, a mutual comparison function 20 comparing a measured value of an individual monitor object component with a measured value of another monitor object in order, a specific value component management means 21 selecting a monitor object component expressing a specific measured value based on the comparison result in the mutual comparison function 20 and registering it as a specific value management component, an average value component management means 22 calculating the average value of the measured value in the monitor object component and registering a virtual component having the average value as an average value management component, and an inclination estimate means 40 estimating a variation inclination of the specific value management component using the average value management component as a reference and providing the apparatus with the soundness.
