Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the efficiency of assembling and disassembling a bill storing device and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the device. SOLUTION: The vicinity of the end part of a slide shaft 3 for moving a pusher plate 2 toward a storage is covered with a slide box 10a having an opening part in the sliding direction of the slide shaft 3 and a hook 10b disposed with the tip thereof located in the open part. Thus, the slide shaft 3 can be prevented from slipping off. Further, the slide shaft 3 slides in the slide box 10a to move the pusher plate 2 toward the storage, thereby pushing the bills in. Therefore, an E-shaped stop ring is not used, and working for the used part is not needed. The hook 10b is deformed flexibly, whereby the tip of the hook 10b can be moved backward from the open part of the slide box 10a so as to improve the work efficiency for setting and detaching the slide shaft 3.
