SOLUTION: The combustion apparatus includes a hot-water feeding combustion device 1 of the type integrating exhaust and a heating combustion device 3. When hot-water feeding combustion and heating combustion are under way at the same time, the heating side performs combustion only at a combustion point where there is a combustion proportionating area for heating.
