Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens-planted optical plate and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the microlens-planted optical plate includes steps of; placing a screen designed and manufactured by arrangement of microlenses on the surface at the inner edge of a mold; applying an adhesive necessary for fixing the microlenses thereon; removing the screen; spraying a plurality of the microlenses to the surface at the inner edge of the mold; bonding the same to the surface at the inner edge of the mold by the screen patterns transferred with the previous adhesive; injecting a polymer into the mold to bond the polymer to the microlenses and to obtain molded goods; and taking out the microlens-planted optical plate formed in the mold. The microlens-planted optical plate has a substrate and a plurality of the microlenses and a plurality of the microlenses are planted into the substrate surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
