Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always operate tensile force on sliding of cleaning plates for removing a sticking object of a heat transfer plate of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A cleaning device of a heat transfer plate surface in the heat exchanger is characterized in that: two lower rotary shafts parallel to upper rotary shafts are installed under the two upper rotary shafts installed in parallel at a prescribed interval; rotary shafts having the same height as the upper rotary shafts and the lower rotary shafts are connected with a driving means to be respectively rotated in the same direction, respective base end parts of at least two arms are fixed to the two upper rotary shafts and the two lower rotary shafts so that a pair of upper and lower arms become respectively parallel; suspending rods are respectively installed in a tip part of the respective arms so as to become parallel to the respective rotary shafts; the upper and lower ends of a plurality of cleaning plates are respectively fixed to the upper and lower suspending rods; the pair of upper and lower arms of the upper rotary shafts and the lower rotary shafts are fixed at the same angle to the respective rotary shafts; and the pair of arms having the same height are respectively set at a different angle.
