PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enjoy a tasteful carbonated beverage, and in addition, to surely maintain the taste of the carbonated beverage while the carbonated beverage remains in a container. SOLUTION: This carbonated beverage discharging apparatus 10 is constituted in such a manner that a fitting part 12 which is fitted on the mouth part 9 of the container 2, a gas-feeding passage 13 which feeds a gas of a specified pressure into the container 2, a take-out passage 14 which is inserted in the container 2 and takes out the carbonated beverage in the container 2, a discharging part 16 by which the taken out carbonated beverage is discharged, a valve 20 which allows the taken out carbonated beverage to pass to the discharging part 16, and a control lever 60 which controls an opened/closed state of the valve 20 are integrated as a unit. In the carbonated beverage discharging apparatus 10, the valve 20 provides a first passage 21 which makes the carbonated beverage pass from the take-out passage 14 to the discharging part 16 while keeping it as a liquid, and a second passage 25 which has a foam-forming part forming the carbonated beverage, and makes the foam-like carbonated beverage pass to the discharging part 16, for the carbonated beverage discharging apparatus 10.
