Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation where the arrangement of performers and the payment of allowances cannot be considered to be suitably performed in a conventional managing method wherein a manager at the work front adjusts the labor time and the persons required, in the case where cars in a parking lot are guided by performance. SOLUTION: An object of the present invention is to automatically perform the efficient arrangement of guiding persons, utilizing the performance skills of the guiding persons, past congestion situation in a parking lot, and characteristic information on the parking lot, and to automatically calculate the allowances of the performer guiding persons, utilizing a welfare point obtained by numerically expressing performance volunteers dispatched via the parking performer managing device, and an experience point of the performer guiding persons.
