Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building and its maintenance control system which can be easily introduced even in a detached house and present maintenance schedule throughout the whole durable years of the building, easy to understand even for ordinary people. SOLUTION: Members necessary for periodical maintenance are classified into a basic frame 101, external facing members 102b, and embedded equipment 103. Members having a shorter durability than that of the basic frame 101 can be securely replaced or repaired without demolishing complete parts. In the maintenance system, a maintenance schedule of the building is output on the basis of data of each residence information data system and each member information data, or a building to be a maintenance object is output.
