PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inform a camera photographing obstruction mode to a user, intentionally execute the camera photographing obstruction mode surely, and facilitate operation. SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal consists of a main body 2, a light receiving part position 12 of the camera which appears on a main body surface, and a cover 1 which is mounted on the main body 2 and changes location. The cover 1 changes between a concealing position where the light receiving part position 12 is concealed and a not-concealing position where the light receiving part position is opened. The state of operation of electronic control wherein the state of operation of the camera is operated by a key operation part position 8 is hard to be confirmed. The state of transfer of the cover 1 is physically (mechanically) visual, and operation of the camera can be forcibly and visually obstructed. The camera photographing obstruction mode can be surely informed to the user and executed intentionally and surely.
