Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check reception interference when transferring data, etc., to a display, etc., without using a shield. SOLUTION: A data transfer bus 41 is provided for normal transfer of data, indifferent to the operation of a transceiver 12, between a controller 16 and a display 19, so that, when the controller 16 runs a downloaded program, etc., the data can be transferred to and shown on the display 19. The controller 16 acquires information of a communication channel available for a portable telephone, to connect with a base station to make a radio communication, and if a noise resulting from the data transfer lies on the frequency of the communication channel to cause reception interference, it changes the data transfer frequency to shift the frequency of the noise, thereby restraining the reception interference.
