Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output buffer circuit, by which AC performance can be improved and the opening of an eye diagram at data transmission can be enlarged by restraining the reflected noise. SOLUTION: The output buffer circuit has a first driver circuit, which transmits data signals to a transmission line at an output impedance equal to the characteristic impedance of the transmission line, a second drive circuit, which is driven with the first drive circuit and is connected in parallel with the first drive circuit for transmitting the data signals to the transmission line at output impedance lower than the characteristic impedance of the transmission line and a signal-determining circuit which drives only the first driver circuit in accordance with the data signals, when two data signals of the same value are successively supplied by an inner circuit and drives the first driver circuit and the second driver circuit respectively in accordance with the data signals, when the value of the data signals supplied by the inner circuit makes transition.
