PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a forgery preventing printed matter wherein a first printing image can be replaced with a second printing image in a light diffusion region and a regular reflected light region having freeness in a design comprising respective backgrounds, which is formed by utilizing the printed part of the original pattern of printed matter, without precisely matching the second printing image with the first printing image. SOLUTION: The first printing images 1 and 1' of the forgery preventing printed matter are printed by ink compounded with at least one brilliant material and comprise first data parts 3 and 3' and first background parts 4 and 4'. Second printing images 2 and 2' comprising second data parts 6 and 6' and second background parts 7 and 7' are printed on the first printing images 1 and 1'. The first background parts 4 and 4' and the second background parts 7 and 7' utilize the printed part of the pattern printed for the original purpose of the foregy preventing printed matter.
