Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edition support system for easily making the proofreading request of a magazine to each client who performs the planning and edition of a magazine, and for easily managing the progress condition of proofreading. SOLUTION: Information to be carried in a magazine planned by a publishing company 1 is collected from agencies 2a, 2b, 2c... and the information is stored in a database 18 of a DB server 13, and composing processing is performed by a DTP server 14. At that time, a file for proofreading is prepared based on the composition data, and proofreading is requested through an electronic mail to the agencies 2a, 2b, 2c... being the clients of the magazine to efficiently perform the proofreading operation.
