Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional composite material having structural and acoustic characteristics. SOLUTION: The method for producing the three-dimensional acoustic composite material includes a process for mixing a two-component polyurethane resin containing a polyol mixture and an isocyanate or a prepolymer, a process for coating the first surface of a base material with the polyurethane resin, a process for transferring the base material coated with the resin to a hot molding tool, a process for molding the coated base material into the composite material, and a process in which the composite material is taken out from the molding tool and trimmed.
